BIBLOS Projects

The BIBLOS Project is a series of activities (also refered to as the BIBLOS-x Project) focused on design, implementation and verification of an End-to-End Performance Simulator (E2ES) for Earth Observation missions. Each of these activities develops new instruments and improves previously implemented ones. However, all these activities are based on the ARCHEO-E2E Project

The rationale behind developing unified building blocks for E2E simulators is:

  • Reduction in development time and overall cost of initial phases of missions
  • Reduction of bugs in code
  • Facilitation of sharing data between missions by using standardized formats for E2E performance simulators
